Combat

Strong flying species.

One of the faster Harpy hybrids, TalonStrike allows them to move and attack simultaneously, making them potent initiators. They can then hit and run with their SlowEffect onAttack, follow up with a second attack, or defend. However their middling stats and limited skills restrict their versatility.
